Dana C. Simon

Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, I moved to Dallas in 1993 to attend Southern Methodist University. Initially wanting to pursue a degree in studio art, I eventually changed majors and obtained a B.A. in Public Affairs & Corporate Communications. My interest in corporate communications grew, and by my junior year, I decided that I wanted to attend law school to pursue a career in crisis communications. In 1998, I started law school at Southern Methodist University. After sitting through my first Torts class, I immediately knew I wanted to be a Plaintiffs’ attorney. Since then, I developed a passion for representing people in their times of need, which grew into a career I pursued with passion and determination.

Throughout my career, I have handled cases all over the country, including asbestos, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and product liability cases. I am an invited member of the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100. When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and our dogs and giving back to the community. I’m a member of the National Charity League, Heart of Dallas Chapter, serve on The Hockaday School Parents’ Association Board, teach Sunday School, and volunteer at Operation Kindness.
