Aaron D. Chapman

Attorney

I am a lawyer who represents real people – not corporations or insurance companies. I love football, collecting whiskey, and cooking. My wife and I live with our kids and our dog in the Dallas area. I am on the side of the underdog. Corporations bring big resources, big legal teams, and big dollars to defend themselves when called on their wrongdoing. I am on the side of the individual standing alone against the odds. Justice is not meant to be just for the side that can spend the most money or who can hire the most lawyers – it is for everyone and no one, or no corporation, is above it. I’ve been fighting corporations my entire career.  I’ve sat in enough living rooms of clients hearing their stories and their pain to understand that mesothelioma and asbestos disease are very real, incredibly destructive, and entirely preventable. I am motivated to help individuals who did nothing wrong – they simply went to work or used a body powder they trusted – and ended up with a terrible cancer as a result. There are countless corporations that we all trusted, that are synonymous with what it is to be an American, that violated that trust. Companies whose products we put on our own bodies and on our children when they knew that the product contained a known carcinogen. I am motivated to hold those companies responsible for their actions, for the violation of trust, and for the real people who suffer as a result.
